Dashboard

Your personal home page — the first thing you see after signing in.

Player Card

Shows your Discord avatar, name, callsign, tier, active qualifications (hover for descriptions), and your most recent awards.

Role Preferences

A ranked list of your preferred squad roles (1st–4th choice). Click Edit to update them. These preferences are visible to admins when building rosters.

Stats

Six at-a-glance metrics: total operations attended, missions in a command role (Team Lead / Platoon Commander), attendance rate, most-played role, campaign operations, and missions as Medic or Doctor.

Upcoming Operations

Your next five scheduled operations. Click any card to open the full briefing for that mission.

Past Operations

Your four most recent completed operations. Use the link at the bottom to view the full archive.

Operations

Browse upcoming and past missions, read full briefings, and request a role.

Operation Briefing

Each operation page shows the date and time (local and UTC), map, duration, and Zeus. If a description has been written you will also see the story/background, what to expect during the mission, and any required assets or specialist roles.

Role Request

On any upcoming operation you can request a specific role — Platoon Lead, Team Lead, Medic, Doctor, Logistics, Armour Crew, or Air Crew. Requests are visible to admins when finalising the roster. You can change or remove your request at any time before the operation.

Feedback Summary

On completed operations the page shows an aggregated breakdown of how attendees rated the mission across seven categories (Loadouts, Zeus, Map, Environment, Comms, FPS, Fun), plus the difficulty spread. Individual responses are anonymous.

Past Operations Archive

Filter the full history of completed operations by op day (Friday / Sunday), Zeus, map, date range, or to show only operations you personally attended. Click any card to view the full event page.

Feedback

Rate completed operations to help Zeus and admins understand what worked and what didn't.

Awaiting Feedback

Any operation you attended that you haven't yet rated appears here. The badge count tells you how many are pending. Click Give Feedback to open the form.

Feedback Form

Rate seven categories with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Choose a difficulty (Too Easy / About Right / Too Hard). An optional comments field lets you add up to 280 characters of free text. Your response is anonymous — Zeus cannot see who submitted individual ratings.

Submitted Feedback

A record of every rating you have submitted, showing your thumbs and difficulty choice for each operation.

Player Profile

Detailed personal analytics — view your own full stats or browse other players' public profiles.

Your Profile

Shows your complete attendance breakdown (Present, Late, Left Early, No Show, Absent), role distribution across all missions, team/squad history, and a table of recent events with your status and assigned role.

Role Preferences

Your ranked role preferences are shown here and can be edited from your own profile page.

Other Players

Viewing another player's profile shows their player card, qualifications, awards, and top three most-played roles. Detailed attendance figures are only visible on your own profile.

Zeus Missions

If a player has hosted missions as Zeus, a table of those operations (title, map, date, type, status) is shown at the bottom of their profile.

Qualifications

See all recognised unit specialisations and which players currently hold them.

Qualification Cards

Each card shows the qualification name, short code, description, and a list of holders sorted by recent activity (operations in the past six months). The activity count gives a quick indication of how actively a qualified player has been using that role.

How qualifications are awarded

Qualifications are granted by admins based on demonstrated competence. If you believe you meet the criteria for a qualification, speak to an admin or officer.

Awards

Browse unit recognition and see which players have earned each award.

Award Types

Awards are grouped into five categories: Combat, Teamwork, Achievement, Special, and Fun. Each card shows the award name, description, icon, and a list of active holders with the date it was awarded.

How awards are given

Awards are nominated and granted by admins and officers. They recognise outstanding performance, long service, or specific achievements within the unit.

Submitting an Operation (Zeus)

If you are a Zeus, you can submit your own operation drafts for admin review.

Creating a Draft

Go to Operations → My Drafts and click New Draft. Fill in the operation name, date and time, map, Zeus names, faction information, and the full mission briefing — story, what to expect, and required assets. Use the Note for Admin field for any private requests (addon lists, special setup needs) that you don't want shown publicly.

Draft Review

Once submitted, your draft is sent to admins for review. You can continue editing it until it is approved. Approved operations become visible to all players with full briefing content.

My Past Operations

Your Drafts page also lists all completed operations you have created, so you can quickly access their event pages and see attendee feedback.
